"Mum was only in Sutton Valance for seven months but she receeved excellent care. Mary one of the managers looked after myself and my wife and cared for Mum in a positive and caring mannel. All the staff were excellent."

Provided excellent, sensitive and attentive care of my great uncle. Members of activity team go above and beyond to offer personalised and varied stimulation, and events. Christmas Fayre was a particular highlight. Recommended.

"My mum was only in Sutton Valence Care home for 3 weeks and in those 3 weeks the staff, management went above & beyond to help Mum settle in. She enjoyed meeting the pony that come to visit the home. The care staff tried to encourage Mum to eat and try other food which she declined. Just a great big thankyou to all your staff excellent job lovely home."

Mum has just received the most amazing end of life care at Sutton Valence Nursing Home. From the moment she arrived she was treated with compassion and respect. Every member of staff we encountered was polite, professional and always so helpful. They could not do enough to support my siblings and myself, and looked after all of our needs also. It was very obvious to see that the employees take the utmost care when carrying out their jobs. We would highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise for this home. Staff are amazing and treat patients with dignity and loving care. From it's lovely interior to its excellent presented meals. It turely exceeded my expectation. The nursing care my mother received in the last weeks of her life was outstanding. I can't thank them enough for their diligent care. Thank you X

"I have nothing but praise for this nursing home. My mother arrived on the 07/02/26 at the nursing home from hospital with a grade 4 bed sore which we (family) had no idea it was that bad. But the home were straight on to it and cleaning her up. The nursing care she received was beyond what we could have hoped for. Staff were polite caring happy and loving to my mother. She started to improve over the next few weeks and even the bed sore had improved which is some achievement in a 91 years old. Unfortunately my mother passed away after 4 weeks but I know had she lived another couple more weeks her sore would have healed. We are so pleased she was cared for properly in her last week's of life. This is a lovely home from its beautiful decor to its excellent presented meals. It shows patients respect and care. Every staff person we met was attentive. Well done sutton valence."

I cannot fault the care my Mum receives at Sutton Valence care home. The dedicated staff, in all job roles, treat Mum with kindness, dignity and display genuine warmth and care. Her support extends to myself and immediate family in times of need, of which i am deeply grateful. It is always welcoming and with the organised activities makes a fun, vibrant atmosphere for residents and family alike..Thank you all..
