Accompanied my mom to their event and absolutely loved it. Everyone was so welcoming, wearing smiles on their faces. Mom had a great time.

I couldn’t be happier with the care and support we received. The caregivers were kind, compassionate, and truly treated our loved one like family. They were always professional, patient, and attentive to every need, giving us peace of mind knowing our family member was in good hands.

Communication was excellent, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and well cared for. An absolutely tremendous first class experience from start through admission and beyond. The General Manager, Mary Jane Bague, went above and beyond by assessing my mother at very short notice on her day off, which speaks volumes about her dedication and professionalism. The team, including Mary Jane
ensured my mother’s admission process was smooth and handled with genuine care and efficiency.
A special mention must go to Heidi Austria, nurse, who was instrumental in calming our concerns during what was an exceptionally difficult time for our family. Her reassurance and compassion made a real difference. She is a truly warm, kind hearted and highly professional nurse.
My mother has consistently shared how the entire team treated her with immense compassion, respect, and dignity throughout her stay at Bushey House. It is incredibly comforting to know she was in such capable and caring hands.

My 87 year old mother (who has dementia) had a full knee replacement, and I needed a care home for repsite. I called Bushey Beaumont and spoke to Mary Jane who kindly and swiftly did an assessment whilst mum was in hospital following her surgery. Mum then came to the care home on day 3 following surgery and stayed for 6 weeks. The care and attention she received from the staff at the care home was fantastic, from the initial assessment, to all the nurses (namely Linda, Heidi, Joanne, Hazel and others) and the carers and cleaning team. Not to mention the chef who made the most fantastic food, and baked her a lovely birthday cake, and the restaurant staff who always put themselves out. My mother recovered really well from her surgery and this in part was due to the great level of care she received from the care home who made sure whe was safe at all times and made sure she progressed following her surgery. Warm and welcoming room.
As the weather was good, we were able to have lunch on the grounds around the estate.
Staff friendly all round with the head of house keen to signpost and help with directions, and even gave us a short intro of the history of the place

We used the lounge for our full day training event. The room was extremely comfortable for 23 delegates. The team looked after us so well, lovely drinks and biscuits on arrival, and in the afternoon. The team were extremely welcoming, we even managed our lunch break outside in the beautiful grounds. Thanks again for hosting us, Ceara Keane

Our mother, aged 101 years old has been a resident at this care home for a year. the care has been exemplary; thanks to the great people working there. Mary-Jane, the manager, Colette in charge of housekeeping and others too many to mention. The Home is kept super clean. The carers there are very kind and work extremely hard. There's a good range of excellent activities available and residents are encouraged to take part.
Mary-Jane has been truly awesome, fighting on our behalf when we have had problems of delay and lack of good communication from the council re any payment support. The food is good, the care home is well organised and has a friendly professional feel. Our mother regularly says how contented she is there. TBH we couldn't have found anywhere better for her, we are sure. We so appreciate having found this great place for her!

"I thoroughly enjoyed my recent visit to you between 24th October 2025 to 7th November 2025 which was needed due to a fall I had prior to this. Every department which includes the cleaners, carers, nurses, receptionist, house keeping, restaurant and kitchen were all working to a very high standard. For your information, I was in hospitality business including working at Hotels for the majority of my working life and from experience I know that giving the best hospitality will ensure happy and satisfied guests and residents. I would like to thank you all for a wonderful experience during my stay. If in the years later down the line I would be interested in staying in one of your apartments I will not hesitate to get in touch."

"My elderly aunt was admitted for end of life care at this care home. She received the highest standard of care from all the staff looking after her. They were professional and caring and we were always made very welcome when we visited. She had a lovely room on the ground floor where she could look out at the trees which she loved. The team invited us for a meal when my aunt was near the end of her life. She wasn't well enough to eat with us but it gave my siblings and I an opportunity to all be together with my aunt in her last days. I highly recommend this wonderful care home if you are looking for a nurturing caring home for a family member."

My wife and I visited Bushey House for tea. Tea at Bushey House is a regular event but this was our first time to have tea & cakes. It was held in a grand hall where a regular singer was performing. We were most impressed not only by the attentive and homely staff but also the high quality of the sandwiches, fruit and cakes offered.
This is one place that we must visit more regularly.

We visited Bushey House Care Home as a potential place for my mother-in-law, and the team were very understanding and supportive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the show-round. The home was clean, welcoming, and had a warm atmosphere. Overall, we were very impressed.
