I regularly visit 2 Residents at Appletree Grange as their friend and a litergucal leader and family. I would like to mention that all the staff are absolutely amazing and fantastic. They are all caring gand show amazing talents with the residents. Thenew Manager Naomi is an amazing manager, since she took over Appletree Grange, it has been amazing, residents are clean and well managed. Manager always available for a chat and smile regardless.shows empathy.

Fantastic Home, highly recomended

We have a family member at Appletree grange care home and we are delighted with the level of care given. The amount of activities that are organised for the residents is fantastic and varied the home has recently been renovated to high standard.

"The staff are extremely caring and always do there best to keep my mam safe and entertained. My mam is always complementing the staff and thanking them for looking after her. I particularly like their open door policy and you feel welcome whenever you visit. She also enjoys all her food. The home has recently been through a renovation which is beautiful now it has been finished."

"My aunt has been a resident for more than three years. She is well treated particularly as she is not now mobile. The day staff are attentive but the night staff are exceptional. The management are particularly caring and go the extra mile."

"The care that my mother-in-law gets in Appletree Grange is unbelievable. The staff from top to bottom are so proffesional. They treat our family as though they are there own. The difference in my mother in law since she went in is amazing. She has put weight on, doesn't mention being ill anymore. The heat that the staff have to work in is so hard and when me as a visitor is only there a little time finds hard you never hear or see the staff moaning. "My overall experience at Appletree has been excellent I can leave my husband here and have no worries that he is well looked after and happy and that is very important to me and my family"

"Everyone is very caring and friendly. The staff go out of there way to help everyone wether you are resident or family visiting. All very well presented throughout the home. As it has all just been refurbished everything is new and clean."

"It is my pleasure to leave a review for Appletree. It is one of the kindest places i have been to with regard to my mother. It is extremely clean and welcoming to both residents and visitors. The staff are excellent and extremely helpful. The food is also excellent with plenty of choice. However hard it has been to leave my mam in care, i am extremely happy that She is cared for here where she is truly looked after."

"We have had a very good experience with apple tree grange. The staff were wonderful with my mother Rita. The staff took very good care of her including the hairdresser Pauline. when she passed away in the home all the staff were very respectful overall a very positive experience."

"The care home was chosen for Mum based on friendliness and cleanliness. Both have been maintained throughout her stay. The staff work hard to entertain, engage and interest residents in challenging residents. The social media use makes me confident the team of carers really do try to improve the lives of residents. The food always looks appetising and well presented. The bedroom could do with a decorate but I understand this is difficult unless rooms become vacant."

"My mother-in-law has moved into this care home following a period in hospital with a broken leg. The process was 1st class, and the deputy manager was brilliant in dealing with the hospital and discharge people. 1st impressions are that this is a very well run, friendly and just what you could hope for a pleasant and homely stay. The weeks following the move have been better than hoped and all members of staff are well above the level at her last care home. You don't know what you should have until you see how well this place is run."
